You must be asking
yourself, what should I do now that I have put my faith in Christ?
Let me congratulate
you on accepting Christ as your Saviour! You have decided to start an exciting journey with God.
It’s a step by step walk with the Lord, The Bible says; He is with you
always, Matthew 28:20
and will never leave you alone, Hebrews 13:5.
What a wonderful joy it is, you have found God and have
decided to follow Jesus, Hoooray… I am so happy for you.
Anyone who belongs to Christ has become a new person.
We become new persons the moment when we Accept Jesus as our Savior and become Christians.
God had a purpose in his mind when he made us. Do
you have any idea what that was?
We must ask The Lord, why did you make human beings?
you should ask Him, what’s the purpose of your life? Pray to God and He will guide you to
understand His Purpose for your life.
As a new believer you should immediately take some
important steps to grow your faith. You need to be associated with a spirit
filled church. Start Reading bible regularly. Make a special time for God every
day, build connections with other believers to stay positive and active. Be
baptized and follow Jesus with all your heart.
In
the start you should start reading in the Gospels. Start with the Book of John in the New Testament. It is the fourth Gospel.
So many versions of Bibles are
available. Choose the version which you feel easy to read. New American
Standard Bible or even the English Standard Version is good for
New Believers. You can choose any version but choosing is not enough. You must
select a time for daily readings and meditate on the Word of God. The Bible
says. in John 08:32 Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free."
Start attending a Bible Believing
Church immediately. It is very important for you to stay connected with other
Believers to stay encouraged and motivated.
Join a Bible Study College/Group near your house. Ask
as many questions as you can to other believers. Everyone would be so happy to
guide you how to read Bible. They can help you to find a better Bible institute
or group. Don’t waste your time and take immediate action and don’t let enemy
get a chance to control your mind and emotions.
Whenever you feel weak in faith ask for the Power of
Holy Spirit to help you. He is your Helper.
As Jesus Promised John 14:16 “And I
will ask the Father, and he will give you another advocate to help you and be
with you forever”.
In 1 Corinthians 15:33 you will find that how Important it
is to find godly friends. So stay connected. Don’t be discouraged. Jesus loves
you so much.

decision to follow Jesus Christ. Please don’t look back and keep following
Jesus. He is going to do some amazing things in your life you never thought
